Volunteer
It takes a village to run a full service Fish Fry! Lots of helping hands needed and appreciated! If your child would like to serve, they can work alongside a parent/guardian or if responsible & old enough, sign them up for their own volunteer slot. Thank you!
You can sign up to volunteer using our online portal. If you already have an online volunteer account from last year, click here to verify your information and choose your job preferences. If you are new to the online portal, enroll here and follow the prompts to signup.
Desserts Needed
If you would like to donate treats (homemade or store-bought) please drop off desserts on Fridays in the entrance of Father Dowling Hall, between 7am-2:30pm*, or bring with you to your volunteer shift. (*please avoid coming during school dismissal traffic 2:45-3:15pm)

Fish Fry Ministry Description: The annual parish Fish Frys are an opportunity for parishioners to spend time together working, serving and dining as they raise money for parish operations and ministries. Fish Frys are held on all the Fridays in Lent except Good Friday. There are a variety of volunteer jobs requiring numerous helpers each week. All individuals grade 8 and up are encouraged to participate (younger kiddos can work side-by-side with a parent/family member where appropriate). Jobs range from food preparation and set-up before the fish fry, food preparation during the fish fry, serving, bussing tables, cutting desserts, clean-up after, etc. A parish-wide sign-up in the vestibule of church is used to schedule volunteers.
