Caring for Caregivers is dedicated to supporting people living with dementia and their caregivers. A monthly ongoing support & education series will be held here at Most Sacred Heart. You can expect to learn practical and usable tools, how the disease progresses, how to communicate with someone with dementia, how to encourage nutrition and hydration, how to cope with and process this journey, meet others walking this same journey, and much more. Anyone is welcome to attend, free of charge. Sessions will be facilitated by Mary from Dementia Life St. Louis.
Time: Once per Month, Mondays at 3:30pm in Fr. Dowling Hall (1st meeting April 27)
