Special Events

With this ministry, you are having fun while participating in events that raise funds. We currently offer three different events looking for many talents and abilities:
Auction: The parish event coordinator along with a committee plan the annual dinner auction. The monies raised support the ministries of the parish. This parish wide event affords many volunteer opportunities for those in Grade 8 and above in all areas of preparation for the event.
Golf Tournament: The parish event coordinator works with a committee that plans the annual golf tournament. The proceeds from the golf tournament directly support Most Sacred Heart Parish School. The annual golf tournament sells out early and golfers come from all parts of the Eureka community.
Trivia Night/Bowling: The parish event coordinator works with a committee that plans one or both events. The proceeds from the Trivia Night and/or bowling directly support Most Sacred Heart Parish School. Trivia Night can be an online event or live-in person. Bowling is an option for a live event which supports the parish school.
