Event Hospitality

Providing support for Parish fellowship gatherings. This includes turning on A/V, adjusting the temperature as needed and attending to the room for the event. Members of this ministry act as an Emcee for the event (Such as keeping the agenda and evening on schedule; welcoming guests; introducing guest speakers; thanking everyone for attending the gathering, etc.)  A willingness to serve, a welcoming heart, and enjoying speaking to others is all that is needed. Training and support are provided. Time involved varies from event and is flexible depending on your schedule.
