Parents of Young Ones

Parents with young children (birth thru Kindergarten) are invited to gather together in a host home for a bit of faith sharing and connection one to another. They discover a way to continue that connection going forward typically meeting about 1x/month. If interested in learning more about this group, contact Brianne Ernst.

Welcome Retreats

Most Sacred Heart is excited to offer a new series of retreats called “Welcome” (formerly known as CRHP) beginning in the summer of 2024. A Welcome Retreat is a weekend retreat experience which occurs in the comfort of our own parish (with no overnight stays). A team of parishioners accompany you as you discover what might help you on your journey at this time in your life.

Lenten Reflection talk by Fr. Joe

Do you try too hard or worry too much? Is it sometimes hard for you to let go of past mistakes or shortcomings? If you – or someone you know – is a perfectionist, this talk is for you. Yes, it is important to care and to try to do things well. Yet, at what cost? When is it too much? And how can we become more free? As you know, Fr. Joe understands the human condition with tenderness and a sense of humor, and his presentations are always insightful and engaging. Check out the video below.

Access the Reflection Guide handout here, which accompanies the presentation.

Small Church Community (SCC), within the homes of fellow parishioners.

SCC’s meet in the homes of parishioners to pray, learn, share faith experiences, provide support to each other, and reach out to others in service. The purpose of a Small Church Community is to help make connections one to another, and to connect faith and everyday life.
